Runic lets you write processes and sequence diagrams as text and renders them as diagrams. It is provided by the Runic team ("we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher), provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu; deletion is permanent and removes your documents, share links and personal data from our systems.
Everything you write in Runic stays yours. We claim no ownership and use your content only to operate the service (storing it, rendering it, and serving it through the share and embed links you create). Documents are private unless you explicitly create a share or embed link — anyone with such a link can view that document until you delete it.
The free plan includes a limited number of documents. Paid subscriptions are billed by Stripe monthly or yearly, renew automatically, and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal — access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where the law requires it.
Withdrawal right (EU, UK and Türkiye consumers): by starting a subscription you request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that, once performance has begun with your express consent, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right (EU/UK consumer rules and the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation) no longer applies to the period already delivered. This consent is captured explicitly on the checkout page before you pay. If you cancel within the first 14 days without having used the paid features, contact us and we'll refund the payment.
Don't use Runic to store or distribute unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attack the service (probing, scraping accounts, overloading). We may suspend accounts that do.
If you believe content shared through a Runic link infringes your copyright, email info@odeontech.com with the link, the work concerned and your contact details. We remove infringing content promptly and may terminate repeat infringers' access (this is also how DMCA notices for US works are handled). The uploader may send a counter-notice the same way.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR €50 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. We work to keep the service available and your data safe, and the export feature means you always hold your own text.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are brought before the courts and enforcement offices of the seller's registered seat. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, Canada, Japan or the United States, you also keep any protections granted by the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right; Turkish consumers may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees. For US users: both sides waive jury trial and agree claims are brought individually, not as class actions, to the extent that waiver is enforceable in your state.
